Welcome to Melbourne Town Cricket Club, a club that is looking to grow and continue winning!

1st Team 2012 Division 5S Champions, Wright Cup Finalists, 2nd Team promoted to Division 8S in 2011, 3rd Team - a fantasic introduction to league cricket for our junior members. Junior cricket - another great season for our Under 13s and Kwik cricket sides and for 2013, the introduction of Under 15 and Under 11 Hardball teams.

Come and join a friendly, enthustistic and active club!

The club raised £8019 for a new roller and equipment from the work done by Sheila Hicklin and the team during the winter of 2011/2012. Thanks Sheila

As a club we have various practice nets taking place. In summer these take place at our home ground the Recreation Ground on Cockshut Lane on Tuesday evenings and in winter at the Gateway Centre, the impressive indoor facility of Derbyshire County Cricket Club on Sunday afternoons.
